    You bet I would. It can be called "NEW TO ME". what one person does not like another might love. The people at the thrift stores really don't know what they are selling. Love going to them though.

    we should form a franchise.....we all live in different areas...hey, MickieD here we come....but this is so much better for one than fast food......fast fabric yahoo!!!!!

    Sounds like a great idea! I get a lot of material from regular second hand stores. By that, I mean, I buy dresses and cut them up for scrappy quilts. I also make dolls and I get a lot of fabric for my "babies" that way. It is a cheap way to get fancy material and plain.

    After all, isn't that the way your granny made her quilts? Old clothes and flour sacking. I still have my granny's quilt hanging on my sewing room wall.

    We have a relatively new shop here in Englewood (Denver Metro area) Wooden Spools, that is "fabric exchange". The fabric looks beautiful and you'd never know you were not the first time buyer!
