Until I read the whole ad I thought it was Astoria, Queens, New York City area. Same house in that neighborhood would cost at least double.

Beautiful house, maybe you'll win the lottery and you can buy your dream!

I personally think it's a bit over priced. That is a old house and would need alot of fixing up before it would be my dream house. However I don't think it would be my dream home. In my area, that house would sell for about $80,000.00-90,000.00

If I had a fairy godmother, I would love a nice place to live where I wouldn't have to do any maintenance, paid for, with everything on one floor, a place for a small garden off a covered, screened in patio (hate bugs), with my own sewing room where I could set up a long arm, with room for TJ the cat, unlimited fabric and quilting supplies, with last but not least, someone to drive me wherever and whenever I wanted to get out to see friends or visit fabric stores and quilt shops. Does that sound like too much to ask for?

Actually that is a very good price for a house. Looks like a small yard though. The bad part is the Taxes, way too high. I have a house in CA, same price, lower taxes, bigger yard, close to schools and shopping.

Taxes are way to high. Price is ok. How about a 3bdrm, 1 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, large kitchen, open dining, living room.large yard, close to schools, shopping, easy access to freeway?. Same price, lower taxes. In Ca.

I really don't think you want this house. Did you see 1400+ square feet. Can you imagine the size of the rooms. And it says nothing about closets. I have lived in a house with no closets, but it had 2 baths.
I cant believe 14 hundred square feet in 2 floors.
