    aren't they the ugliest birds. We've had plenty in our yard and I can't imagine that they are good to eat, but I do love roasted turkey.

    Neat to see the wild turkeys. I saw some a few years back when we got lost driving maybe in the Culver, Oregon area. I had to come to a screeching halt to stop the car as they were walking in the middle of the road. It was such a surprise to see real live turkeys. LOL
