Congratulations on your new toy. I'm so jealous, but maybe some day. I'd say get all the practice in that you can. Don't you just hate it when you have been looking forward to that something special and when it gets delivered, it's damaged? Hope you get the replacement soon.

Dear Fidgety:

When I purchased my HQ 16 back in 2007 my 12'table came damaged as well but I did not have to send the old one back they just sent me a brand new table. The cost of shipping the damaged one back was too expensive as it weighted at least 60 pounds. Enjoy your machine.

Who makes the machine? I never heard of it. What does it do? I always like to find out about new things.

Have fun!!
Ditto from me!! I have zero room for a long arm frame, and when I tried one I found that moving the machine vs moving the fabric didn't come natural to me. I always thought well gee ... can't I just put the long arm on a table. So I've been looking at this one and a few other table mounted mid arms.
