I think yekllow is best, since u have so much black already and yellow would make all yellows stand out.

I agree - this would keep the finish lighter but incorproate all colors in the quilt. (Good eye, Janet!)

changed my opinion of thread color, lets go with gramyx7 suggestions and was this done by sewing machine or longarmed? the reason i asked (pls excuse my bluntness) but there seems to be lots of off centered stitches everywhere. As for the binding...maybe one of the flowered ones, what color is the backing?

I like this quilt. The pinwheels are so perfect.
Now I would like to know if the quilting was done by a sewing machine or a Long Arm. The reason I ask this is because of the yellow squares. The black threads are so off center. I agree with Gramyx7.I would like to know who quilted this. Not happy about the quilting on this quilt.

If have enough scraps left over I think that would be a nice touch. There's a lot of black already and the yellow is very bright aso a little goes a long way. The scrappy binding would be a nice touch to pull all the colors in the blocks out to the border. You asked for my opinion, take what you like and leave the rest... :-D :-D :-D Can't wait to see it completed whatever your choice of colors...
