First off, yes they will fit an OLFA 45 mm cutter. That's what I have. Secondly, if you ordered the blades when they were $1.49, that is what you should pay for them. At the store that I was at this morning they were marked $1.99. I told them that I had ordered them back in August when they were $1.49. That is what I paid for them today. $1.49! Edie
