I just love the way you are so organized! This will be a great quilt one day. I have the flowers made for 2 quilts, just need to get them together. Did mine out of reproduction fabrics. They are addictive to make. Thanks for sharing.

i love quilting grandmothers flower garden, but i'm not sure i would have the patience to piece one together!!

Soon, i'll have a completed one to show off. If i wasn't going to take advantage of piecing my next project over the next 2 weeks, i'd have this one finished...

    show & tell to come...

Here is my 2009 year-end GFG progress. The project feels like it's plodding along very slowly, but it's heartening to look at the photo, I've come further than I'd thought! Kepp plugging away, all you folks making GFG's!

You can do it. I love this and I too am making one.
what size? I have never measured it. It is large and I am trying to square it off to do a solid row or two, then binding.

I work on this in the winter during the evenings. This is my third winter. I am almost there.

I have some Marti Mitchell templates. I watched the video and saw how to do it. Am I suppose to mark the 1/4" dot on each corner of each hexagon. There must be a better way. Help :-(

Ah! You were with me on the bus? Water instead of beer...back in the "good old days"! I shudder to think of what they're singing now!?
