Boy, you know how to really stir us up, showing all those scrumptious fabrics. Thanks. I'd use those first two for aprons (I know, not quilts, but just imagine that left edge at the bottom of an apron. An added bonus - the print would hid all kinds of messes that some of us make when cooking/baking. LOL)

I would use the left edge of the top two as borders maybe and the rest of the fabric as sashing. At least that's the first thing that comes to mind.
