Oh I know it is cold but it sure is beautiful to look at, from inside the house while drinking hot chocolate and wearing heavy socks.

your pictures would make a beautiful painting, oh i hope that is not what they call rain now, because we are suppose to get "rain" for the next 3 days !!!

I was so ready for spring, then we got 2' of snow here too, glad it is melting though, sigh, I was just spoiled with nice weather that's all.

Beautiful rain!
If you go outside while it's raining, turn your face to the sky, open your mouth and stick out your tongue, you will catch some of that rain in your mouth and find it's actually quite wet :)
Rain, drizzle, shower, downpour - there are so many words for precipitation why not just continue on with sleet, snow, etc. It all falls from above, our little gift from heaven! Without it, there is no life.

We got about 6" of that white rain too. Hmmm, I wonder if that's where the line of shampoo and conditioners got their name.

Isn't 1.5"-2" of rain equivallent to 1.5' - 2' of snow? Sounds like your meteorologist needs more schooling. :D Very pretty pictures though!
