    For those who asked for a pattern or tutorial, the link to the video tutorial was posted several times in the thread. My hint that wasn't in the video concerns that pesky third seam. I take the other 2 seams and nest them and sew 3 or 4 stitches to hold them together. Then I can concentrate on getting that center square to line up just right before I sew the last seam.
