I have a decent size stash but only one piece of gray. I wonder why? Maybe I should experiment more.

Not really - gray is somewhat depressing to me.

To me, grey and white is the new "blue and white"-summer color combo.
I'd love to see this, can you post a pic?
Sorry for the blurry pic I took a minute ago. Maybe it helps to get an idea of the quilt?! As soon as it is finished, I'll post a better picture :).

The only gray I have is left over from a quilt I made years ago. Just a small piece.

Might just be me, but I think grey goes with just about any color. I love grey although I don't even have one piece of it. Will have to pick some up though

If you do have gray, what other colors are you using it with?

Yep I am definetly a "into gray" person.... I used gray in my McCommas Beauty with Turquoise, Red, White and Black. Also am using (a darker shade) in my Nevada star.

I own a picture framing shop and keep up with color trends for that purpose. The trends overlap with fabric colors and yes, gray is the new beige. Evidently is doesn't trickle down to tile colors as soon as it does the framing and fabric industries. Recently I had a hard time finding light gray tile to remodel a bathroom. And I'm loving this "gray is the new beige" since Gray is my last name!
