Spring, and Fall are beautiful in New Jersey. Spring with nature coming alive, and Fall with the cooler weather, and colorful leaves.

California is so large and so diverse that depending on where you want to visit most any time would be a good time. The beaches are great nearly year round, the mountains have snow and skiing in the winter months and the rest of the time are just beautiful. The wine country area is beautiful most year round. Farther north the weather and scenery is beautiful in their own right. Then we have the big trees - the sequoias, which are best except for perhaps Dec - Feb. South is beautiful year round even the desert areas. I guess every time is a good time to visit - except for the traffic! LOL

For NV, Spring, Fall, and Winter, since summer is very hot. The views are spectacular if you go outside of the Strip for LV. Reno has some beautiful country around it and going down to Carson City/Gardenerville is beautiful.

I'm in NE Ohio and the best time is fall. I think we only have 2 seasons here winter and HOT. So you never know when it's fall.

Here in Ohio I love the autumn with all its wonderful color the best. Usually peak is 2nd and 3rd week of October.

I live in northern Nevada, and you can't go wrong visiting ANY time of year. We have Lake Tahoe where there is biking, kayaking, fishing, boating, hiking, picnicing, casinos with night life and shows, etc. in the summer and most of the rest of the year. In winter there is world class skiing and snow-boarding. If you head east from the Reno/Sparks area you can find the desert where there is rock hounding, ATV-ing, fossil hunting, camping, hot springs...again almost year round. Reno has casinos, shows, and quite a rich cultural experience in an art museum, symphony prchestra, and Broadway plays. It gets into the 90's in the summer, but our humidity is usually less than 25%, and it cools down into the 50's at night so you need a light blanket to sleep. We enjoy what is known as "snow shadowing" from the Sierra Nevada mountains bordering our western side of town, so we rarely get any snowfall greater than 8 inches, and usually much, much less. Even with the heavier snowfalls, the roads and highways are usually clear by noon of the day it snows, so driving is not all that much of a problem. No, I am not a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Can't you tell I just LOVE it here?????

For the best weather here in NE Texas, March, April for the spring flowers and trees, and October, November for fall. I would not want to live anywhere else, (DH was in Navy 20 years and we lived all over). We are born Texans and intend to die and be buried here.

the Fall is the best time. certainly not now. It's hot, hotter and hottest. 30 days of 100-110. it's wearing folks down.
