I love one block wonders. You never know how it will look until the end. I am finishing up two right now. One is in an asian purple fabric for my sister's birthday and the other is in reds, golds, greens, not a Christmas fabric but it will be out at that time of year. Love seeing what we come up with. Yours reminds me of spring. Thanks for sharing your lovely.

Purple is my favorite color, so you got my attention right off. The quilt is beautiful and the way you arranged to blocks turn it in to magnificent!

Absolutely beautiful. Love the fabric and it really made a gorgeous quilt. It is sure to bring in lots of money.
BTW I do remember your name. Glad you are back.

I once bought blue & white Hawaiian hibiscus fabric just like the shirts to make one of these. The girl at the lqs counter said it would never work. I just wanted to smack her but I just smiled and said yes it will. She was just part time and wasn't there when I went back to show it.
The trick for me is to use fabric that has both large and small print and colors that I love. If there is a color in there in it that you don't like, it will be multiplied so try to avoid those as well. After that it's all about laying them out and rearranging them about a hundred times till you get it to the love spot!
