Try sprinkling it with baking soda. Thick. Leave it for a day or two then do the other side. I used 6 big boxes in my brother in law truck as he was a heavy smoker. I inherited the truck and it STANK. I swept it and did it a second time and the smell was almost gone. If it can do cigarette smoke it might help your board.
