i just started the "omigosh" quilt..double nine patch that is 5" square when done..need 111 of those and 110 of the 5" shoo fly squares...i could have each and every pc of fabric be different ....(most are finish size 1/2 " )

where is this stranger, and will he/she look at me funny when i'm hopping up & down & kissing them??

No problem. Getting all the projects done would be the problem.

I don't think I would have a problem spending it

Wow - $15,000 ... that's a lot of fabric. Just think, you could buy all the batiks and blendables - not to mention a ton of other things - and you could buy the whole bolt!! I'll take that challenge. Plus there are home economic departments at many schools that you could donate lots of fab fabrics to.

Only fabric, or sewing stuff? I would get another sewing machine, Books. rulers then fabrics.

Online or in person?

I love to shop online and I am sure that I could spend that in one day.

Stunnn-nnning.
The first thing everyone who saw it said was, "OhMiGosh!"

Our quilt club almost started it once, but got sidetracked on other things and I never made the pattern.
Our instructor started it in blues, but got to about table centerpiece size and stopped, made a pincushion out of the one extra block she had!
One of my DFs finally did make the Omigosh finally, and it is out of this world to see.

It's the kind of quilt I really admire, would like to think I had made it someday!
