I am proud to stand 5'0 even.. unfortunately, my son who is 6'3, and my daughter who is 5'5 think I am way to vertically challenged, and thus, try to stretch me to get me to grow any time they see me.. they have yet to master that challenge.. haha

I don't know if I have shrunk, and really don't want to know. LOL

I can really relate to those trying to find decent large size clothing. I really had a time trying to find blouses when I worked, so my mom made them for me. The clothing companies assumed if you were heavy you were busty. NOT! for me.

At 5'3" I have trouble getting pants short enough to fit without altering. Even petites are too long. I wish I was taller. When I was in 5th grade I was the tallest person in the class. That is when I quit growing vertically. Horizontally is a different story...

Was 5'7 3/4, now 5'6 3/4. Daughter is 5'9. GD is 5'10. All the males go from 6 foot to 6'2 1/2. DIL is 5'.
