What you heard is true. I can't have chocolate, but I buy it for my adopted soldiers. I am going to stock up after Easter.

It will be really expensive to feed our addictions of both fabric and chocolate soon. Oh no what will we do. We can't be made to choose between them.

Well, hate to tell you guys - but I saw that on a news segment and it is for REAL. Not enough workers and a lot involved in preparing those cocoa beans, plus there may have been a weather element involved, like not enough rain or something. Can't remember exactly but you better start stockpiling!! Oh, well, Scarlet, maybe it will work itself out over time; we'll worry about that TOMORROW - would hate to see chocolate prices skyrocket. I use cocoa to make homemade fudge!

Dh said he heard that the whole aspargus crop is gone due to weather. Not one of my favorite veggies but I hate to see this happen. They are expensive anyway. The strawberry crop is Ok. My DS's Jr class sold them for a prom fund raisier & we were able to get some real nice ones & it didn't break the bank, so some things are good. What about the orange crop? Anybody heard.

I heard this too. But I had to give up chocolate when I learned that I am a diabetic. I lost weight giving up sugar. When I miss it I put diet hot chocolate powder on my popcorn, that does the trick for me.
Does this really work? I'm always looking for ways to manage my diabetes and still have a little bit of fun.

People around us should take this into consideration! I, for one, am not fit to be included in the human race until I get my two mugs of coffee in the morning. And in the evenings I often grave for "something good" (fonetic: [cho-co-lat] ,and quilting during the day doubles the need. The grocery store will open in half an hour...
