My Colorado, as usual, all the ones posted are absolutely beautiful. Question, what is everyone planning on doing with there blocks, and how would you quilt all these?

Katie your block is beautiful too. I am going to make a quilt but don't ask how I am going to quilt it because that is the question of the century. I never know till I actually go to quilt my quilts then I always think I made the wrong decision.

Great stars all! Keep 'em coming.

@SheriR: Your fabric selection is great! Keep it up. But...if you get to a point when you can't stand it any longer, I know someone who would gladly relieve you of your fabulous upside down foundation, points in the wrong direction...blocks. You are really a rock star to make them look so fabulous while struggling with an "easy" technique. My hat is off to you and your awesomeness. BTW - would never have noticed your "mistake".

    Hugs! F

Here'e my Colorado. I always think of skiing, since my family has been many years to many ski slopes there. Wish I could live in such beauty, but Texas has its own unique beauty, and warm winters! Don't know yet what I will do with these blocks, but am just thrilled that I've kept up for six weeks. These are such fun and you all are so creative. Good work!!!

here's my Colorado block- for some reason this one is a tad off in the center- bumbed me out- but i'm leaving it---for now anyway- i might make a new block later if it really bugs me- kind of funny the block with over 100 pieces comes out perfect- the 'easy one' with only 40---not so great-
oh well- one of those days i guess.
i really like it - as long as i don't look too close
as usual i am loving all of the blocks! some of them make me want to make 3 or 4 of each one----so INSPIRING!
and to answer the question what am i going to do with them?
i'm going to make the 6 alternate blocks too- so i will have 56- lay them out 7 across by 8 down---
as for quilting- i never know until it's time and i'm a long way from worrying about that yet.

newbee3= your california block is wonderful! great job!!
if you want to show all of your blocks together you have to lay them out and take a picture of them all together- they do not move from where you post the individual blocks here on the board- the people who have shown multiple blocks posted them that way- sorry-
i would love to see yours all together-i bet they are stunning!

Fraew lol aren't I a dork. But look at your DJ block in that avatar, I wanna be YOU when I grow up!!!

I have a plan for my next set of stars. I hope I can pull it off because I really don't want a humongous star quilt.
