Thanks everyone. I try something new with each DQ. This time, it was my first time using a jelly roll.
In the close-up I noticed that all the pencil marks didn't come out. I couldn't see that before I mailed it. What do you all use for marking your quilts? I think I could use some advice. I also noticed that I forgot the fat quarter that was supposed to go in the package. I always seem to forget something these days. Hopefully my memory will improve along with my quilting skills. lol
Karie, I'm glad you like the DQ. I'm sorry it wasn't the exact colors I wanted to use. It's not very springy either. I tend to do things backwards. lol

Thank you. Everyone here is so sweet.
Karie, I'm glad you have a place for it. I washed it after it was finished so, you know it is washable. lol Whew! Was afraid it would fall apart. lol

BrendaB, what a darling little quilt!. I love the colors, they are so pretty together. Not everything needs to be a special season to be enjoyed.
On the note that you were wondering what others use to mark for hand quilting, I use the blue pen that is water soluble, and I use a very wet washcloth to remove the marking. I also use the little rolling chalk dispensers, but they don't work on curves as well. I have also used the purple pens that disappear after a while just in the air, but sometimes the marks disappear too quickly. I like the blue pen the best. I hope this helps.
