Oh jl that is absolutely beautiful! What great work. I have never seen that pattern before. Those are some of my favorite colors! I really really wish this was coming to me! But I already got my lovely Dq. Oh well there is always next time!

Thanks Rhonda!! I do appreciate the compliments. It's a French Braid pattern.

I love your quilt! The colors are great. I'd like to try a braid pattern sometime.Doing it in a doll quilt would be a great way to practice the technique without commiting myself to a big project.

Very pretty!!! Is it coming my way? Is that why you took the picture, because I don't post pictures? Is that a clue that it's my little quilt?? I love the colors! :D :D :D

That is beautiful. I just finished mine but the label. But I don't know if I can put on the label my right thumb went out of joint and right now it feels like I broke it. here is the quilt called Whisies

Whishies did not come out that good because of my thumb.

I have been stuck in the house for a week with sinus, hate the cold air on my face...my husband said I should stay home more often LOL wiped down the kitchen cupboards, moped the floor on my hand and knees, (ages since I did that) and cleaned the oven. Need a rest...did get some hand quilting done at night and planned January's DQ...thats enough ambition for the winter...enough already LOL

Quilt4u, That is another wonderful quilt. It is so pretty. I like the stars. A very pretty quilt. Is It coming my way? I'm still waiting for my little quilt.
These quilt exchanges are so much fun to watch and participate in. I love them!
