I'm here, checking in. I've been reviewing a case on the side, today, trying to make some extra $$$$. I hear the fabric stores calling me. Our LQS had a sale today, on everything in the shop, and I didn't even go. I don't really NEED anything, although had I gone, I would have bought things I can't afford today. And I didn't feel like getting out with my crutches. But, once I finish this case and get paid for it......I'm going shopping. I hope you've all had a healthy day of eating. I snacked on popcorn while reviewing this case. Leftover chicken for dinner tonight. Well, I better heat up my dinner then get back to reviewing that case.

Hi all Just been a busy day. DH is putting up shelving in a spar bedroom to hold some of our books. His called me to hold something at least a thousand times, well not really but I was trying to get some quilting done so it seemed like a thousand was only a half dozen. Tru I tried the dressing you talked about it is really good thanks. I also made oatmeal this morning and added the cinn. and put in some cranberries real good thanks again for the tip. Was very bad today at lunch was out running errands with DH and he wanted a chilidog so we stopped and got one.I did leave the bun and had iced tea but that makes dinner choices real limited. Hope you all are having a good day.
jfwynn you hang in there a buddy is just around the next corner just be open and it will happen when you least expect it. In the meantime you have us to talk to and we all love to hear from you.
I'll try to check in later to see have all are doing
Hugs
Gail

With this menopause I really don't need it this morning. If I tell him anything then he will mope around the rest of the day acting like I did some aweful thing to him. He is off for the 4 days we will see if I can survive. Pray for him that I don't do him in. LOL!!!!
So Carrie did he make it through the day?
Fortunately he did. You would think that after 18yrs. he would know not to talk to me in the mornings. Just let me drink my coffee and play with my fabrics. Ughhhh! Will he ever learn.

Its snowing here, YUCK....I went to the LA today to pick up a book I loaned to one of the girls that works there. We discussed some classes we would like to do so the shop owner is going to get a schedule together. Next Sat is the Bow Tuck Purse class.
Our LQS had a huge sale today but I stayed away, yeah me I saved some money!!!

Yeah me, made good choices at the dessert party and olive garden. BUT going to be good today figure more calories yesterday than I've been having. Jkwynn I'm in FL too, sending out {{{big hugs}}} We love & appreciate our military families here. I'm across the water from Macdill. Have you gotten involved with any homeschool group? I Know many military families homeschool and the groups often do field trips etc together you might meet some military moms there? Just a thought, we have some very active home school groups in our area. Google homeschool+your county,FL and see if anything comes up. Keep up the good work people! We'd make a good riddle: What's the same number but "smaller" than it was on Jan 1st? Us!!!!

We actually have sunshine today! It is cold as bejeezus, but at least the sky is clear. I have my work cut out for me. Yesterday we went to dinner at Outback to celebrate DS's 19th birthday. Yummy, I did turn down the Thunder Down Under since we had Cold Stone Creamery cake at home. I don't even want to get on the scale tomorrow!
