I read on this board that someone bought something at JoAnn's using their 40% off coupon Plus their 20% off entire purchase coupon. My Hancock's will not honor the "extra 10% off entire purchase" coupon because I always have some items that are already on sale in my purchase!! They say their computer will honor the 10% OR the 40%, but not both!! Then why does the coupon say "an EXTRA 10% off the entire purchase?" I have argued with them, but get nowhere!! I really believe that is false advertising!!! Would appreciate hearing about your experiences.

I avoid Hancock's like the plague. They always have an excuse as to why they can't honor coupons plus the store managers all have a "higher than thou" attitude. I never go into their stores.

You are trying to use the extra 10 % off from Joanns at Hancocks ? maybe because it is not a specific coupon for one item and they would have to adjust the whole receipt ?

My Hancocks honors Joannes coupons. They do not send out as many as Joannes. I like Hancocks better, friendlier personal and a little smaller then Joannes.

I know My Hancocks does if they are two coupons for the their store, and I love the people in our store. If they are two coupons from two different stores, I don't think I would probably expect them to honor them.

If I could avoid using Hancock's, I would. But, we don't have much choice.....some things, I get at ou Hobby Lobby, but the choices are not as large as Hancock's.

I don't understand the salespeople at some stores. You would think the discount was going to be taken right out of their paycheck!! I would ask them to ring up the sales things separate and then use the 10% off coupon.
