There really isn't a pattern. This was a free class at my library. We took 13 inch blocks and cut them any way we wanted. Next, we took the top fabric on the right side to the bottom of that stack. Then we sewed those two stacks together keeping them in order. Next, we cut those square any way we wanted across the first sewn line. Then took the top fabric on the right side to the bottom of the stack....I think we cut five times. It was nerve racking to cut those blocks again and again. I'm sure there is a pattern out there somewhere.
