Ours is small, mostly corn, tomatoes, green peppers and squash. Wanted to make sweet tomato sauce like my grandmother used to make. Hope we'll have enough to make it. First not enough rain, then downpours. If anyone would like the recipe I'll be glad to send it. It's not a hot tomato sauce.

I have some great houseplants, but everything I plant outside, or just touch for that matter just dies, so, no garden for me.

We have a veggie garden and an orchard too... I can alot from the orchard. I make alot of pear pie, apple pie, blackberry pie and Cherry pies picked from our orchard.. I haven't figured out when to pick the grapes tho- too soon, to tart- too late, too dry..

We try to have tomatoes, green beans, onions, garlic, watermelons, pumpkins ( only had ONE pumpkin last year) , green peppers, snow peas, sweet potatoes, hot peppers, and Im sure I'm missing some.. The garden is hubby's job.. Id rather be quilting..

Oh and cucumbers and carrots..I know im missing some.. Doh!

I have always loved to garden, guess I got my green thumb from my father. Mine is smaller now, just tomatoes, green peppers and broccoli. Also do flowers too. We live in a new subdivision so it has been fun taking a blank yard and doing plantings.

We always do. I mainly just weed and harvest though :D
My focus is more on the flowers.
Gardens are something we've always had. I can't remember a year we didn't grow veggies.

I started a couple dozen asparagus plants last year... can't harvest until next year. For the garden, have started seeds indoors... pumpkins, butternut squash, lettuce, and others. also plan on tomatoes and green peppers on the porch to keep the pests out of them. have to put up a fence around the garden to keep the deer away.

Love my flowers and fresh veggies. Tomatoes, beans, squash, onions, zuchini, bell peppers and okra. Last year I gave away so much okra and tomatoes, my neighbors stopped answering the doorbell when they saw me. Hope my 3 raised veggie beds do half as well this year. We NEED rain!!
