Anyone doing this pattern? I bought it a few weeks ago on ebay and am looking for the perfect fabric. I found a moda line I like but it's not available until november.

anyone doing this? and what are you using for "vintage" fabric?

Here's the quilt, bebe. http://www.thevintagespool.com/store...s/?product=102 Too much applique for me!! :D And, according to the website, they used Bed of Roses by Robyn Pandolph for Moda in the original quilt, quiltwoman.

Yes I have seen that quilt made up several times. last year we saw it in Houston and a few months it was made up for the new Braunfels quilt show. I love it too I would like to make it someday!!!

Very pretty. I'm ready to see it done. I haven't done that much applique in one place.

Quiltwoman, have you looked at the Civil War Crossing collection by Barbara Brackman for Moda? http://www.hancocks-paducah.com/Item...ossing--m-1039

I don't know which fabric I'd use, but it is a very pretty pattern. I prefer it in the more faded out looking fabrics....looks more "vintage" and I like that look with the pattern.
