The proudest feeling there is comes when you have made a quilt in hopes that your granddaughter would love it so much to ask you for it:) She didn't know I had made it for her and planned to give it to her. So one of my treasures left home today to snuggle with my beautiful Granddaughter:) I am so happy:)

I know what you mean. My 5 year old GS has more quilts than you can shake a stick at. But when he asks for another one from certain fabric, you can bet I will make it for him. His mother gets upset and says" you never made me that many quilts".
