Having finished this quilt top a couple of months ago, I am still unsure of the quilting portion and what design to use. Would welcome any suggestions......

Welcome from Louisiana. What a beautiful quilt. I'm not a good quilter but what comes to mind is out line the flowers, stitch in the ditch in some areas, maybe a grid in the green square section and maybe some feathers or flowers in the border. Be sure and show us the finished quilt:)

Are you planning to hand or machine quilt it? If machine quilting, how advanced are you? It looks by your excellent top that you have a lot of sewing experience. I like the Mctavish designs but I also like just a large meander on intricate blocks. So you can either go with individual patterns in each designs or go with a large meander in the center and perhaps some feathers in the border? Look at some of quilts that Charismah has machine quilted to get some idea. Awesome!

Very pretty so far! Perhaps quilt something with swirly flowing lines to complement the square lines~~~

It will be machine quilted. I had a lot of fun piecing this one, but also learned a lot with all the angles and placement of color. Thanks to all for your great comments!
