I would use the stripes! There have been some great suggestions here, but I know you only have a limited amount of the striped material - maybe someone on the QB would have some they would be willing to sell/trade you????

I would try ....
Keep the first flowered row, remove the blue, put the gold next to the flowered, then the purple, then the blue or green, then the stripes and take a picture and see what you get.
