Yep...my husband & I went for his 50th birthday and it was a blast. It wasn't scary at all...it's very peaceful. We cannot wait to go again.

Received one for our wedding present. It was completely amazing. You can almost (pun intended) lose yourself in the clouds.

DH and I flew a hot air balloon for 17 years. I was the crew chief. I flew many times. Nearly every flight was memorable.

I was in a tethered one a few years back. They were offering it at the annual balloon festival.Got to experience the feeling without going anywhere. We were just a few floors high.

I have gone on three!! Two in Southern England and one here in Ontario. I love them and you will too. So quiet and peaceful and such a wonderful way to see the countryside.

We took a ride in France over the mustard fields. When we landed, lots of old people came out and helped with the balloon and then we had snacks and champagne in the middle of the field. Would love to do it again!!!

It's absolutely one of the most beautiful, peaceful and exhilarating experiences of a lifetime!! Have been lucky enough to go twice in Albuquerque, NM. (hot air ballooning capital of the world) Don't miss the opportunity!! It's cool, quiet, and beautiful.

I have to admit, this is the only time I've seen "magical" used in any connection to "pig pens"! TGIF!!!
