I wanted to share a picture of our guilds latest quilting class. We have 18 students, boys and girls we do a class for every year in a small Upnorth middle school. It is the most popular class of the year. There usually are 40 8th graders and they have to do a lottery to see who can take the class. The ladies really enjoy it and even the boys love running those sewing machines. I thought you would enjoy seeing the "future quilters"

final day, all quits finished

I am impressed! Those kids look so proud and justifyably so! Great project and what a super thing to do to get kids interested in sewing.

Wonderful! We did a quilting class her last year (we homeschool) My son made a wonderful quilt. He was in 6th grade. He has asked to make another for art this year :-)
