I was blessed with one of those names. No one usually gets it right the first time when they pronounce it and some dont even try. I have 5 sisters and they also have unique names. But I really do love having such a name cause I have never met anyone else with my name. Just look at my name and see if any of you have ever heard it before.

Ok -- the name game. I have 4 sisters and I'm the youngest.
#1 (A) is Alethea (a-LEE-tha)
#2 (B) is Beatrice
#5 (E) is Edna
Ok so #3 and #4 they got out of sinc because they were twins and named them Marlyne and Marion... I always say they should have been (C) Carlyne and (D) Darlyne! LOL Oh well!
I did ask mom once if she knew she'd started at the top of the alphabet...

My brother in laws name was Clarence Elmer and at the time Clarence the cross eyed lion was popular. I asked him if he liked his name and boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TALK ABOUT SAYING THE WRONG THING. It went on until he died 4 years ago. May he rest in peace. Nothing mean intended.
