busymom, that would sound interesting, too, once we get to know each other a bit more maybe, so we could figure out who could maybe carpool with someone else! Then again, there isn't a LQS in my town of Mukwonago ...

My sister teaches in Beloit. She has been a kindergarten teacher in the district for over 10 years now. I always head to Janesville to visit Life's A Stitch. Very cool shop. I haven't visited the one in Beloit but will have to make a trip next time I'm in WI. Also want to visit the new Quilt Museum that just opened in Cedarburg, WI.

Mukwonago is about 20 miles west of Milwaukee....It's near, East Troy, Big Bend, Town of Vernon, New Berlin....

Does that help? I'm not very good with directions.

Mukwonago ... Interstate 43 has exit into Mukwonago, Otherwise Hwys 83 and ES/National goes through the village. Technically, I'm a couple miles east of downtown Mukwonago in township of Vernon; about half ways between Village of Mukwonago and Village of Big Bend (Hwy 164 goes through Big Bend).
