I have this one, and the white quilt with the pink cross stitch baskets on it. Now I have to figure out how and where to hang them. My dogs are clean feet obsessed, but no pups on white quilts, lol. And especially with those sharp little claws. Like little seam rippers, YIKES.

Very beautiful. Was this done on squares or was this a whole clothe quilt?

Absolutely beautiful! I assume it is all hand embroidering. You are very lucky!

It's a whole cloth quilt, and quite heavy. I mentioned the same shaped one we saw at the thrift store that was a BH&G sales piece, and that thing was not even a third of the weight of this quilt, and certainly not the quality of the fabric. And frankly, ugly, lol. I can't imagine them selling it, to be honest.

I had to wash it because of the ink smear from the price tag they put on it, and it was a real handful when I took it out of the washer, lol. I was worried about the embroidery getting snagged in the washer, but it came out fine, and putting it in the dryer seems to have brought up the quilting even better. Little did I know, lol, but the heating element went out on the dryer, so I was running it cold. It took two hours, but it got dried. And the ink is gone, thank goodness. I still can't believe they put that sticker on there like that.
