Oh my gosh! Those are so very fun to look at. Those are some old prints! Your sweet old aunt gave those to the right person. You are going to pass them down through your family. That would make five generations down the line when you give it to your great grand? (Since it came from your aunt, right?)

How gorgeous!! What a special quilt for the new little one! You should write a "Memories Book" you have of your Aunt. Include some info like her birthdate, wedding dates, names of kids..you know family history kinda thing. Give it to the baby with the quilt, a perfect way to bring in the newest family member, and make sure your memories are passed on. Make sure to include the story of how Auntie never threw away scraps, that's how baby came by this very special quilt!
