Default Pattern design help to all those that design

Calling all those that design patterns I need help. I have been designing patterns for a while and I have so many people wanting my patterns now. So here is my question what computer softwear do I need to get my designs into a pdf format. I will have to scan in some of the drawn patterns and convert them to a pdf. HELP... I need help from all you pros out there I'm a newbie at this.

If you scan them into word you can save as a PDF.

adobe program that most of us heve on the computer for reading pdfs makes them into pdf files.
