I quilted one quilt with Minky on the back...I did use lots of pins...and it turned out great! Such a snuggly quilt!

i absolutely love minky, easy to quilt and sew. if you are doing strips, it may be good to serge them together, but-
it may make your quilt smaller, as the seam could be 3/8 or more. kind of hard to take out tho.
