Mine is not an easy solution. I have been searching for ideas for years. If anyone has pictures of patterns that might help me, please post them.

Suzanne responded to my email. Cost of hard copy is $18 austrailan and includes shipping. Or $14 australian for email copy for personal use. I asked to be invoices through pay pal.
