it would be nice to have at least 20 swappers, the max sets allowed. but no worries for me as none of my 20 sets are dups.

My sets are not all the same. Some sets share many of the same fabrics, but I don't think any are exactly the same. I have 11 sets made so far. I could make a couple sets that are not the same if that would help. This is my first swap and I am having too much fun playing with the fabric!

sew4nin-- It is alright that your sets are not the same. Since each baggie goes to a different person, then it won't matter. Cutting up scraps works for squares too~

OK. I can tell some of you have done this before, so I hope I can benefit from your experience. I have my sets cut and bagged. They fit nicely into a padded 8 1/2 X 11 envelope. I could fit my SASE in, but I would have to fold it. Should I get a larger padded envelope to put everything in? I would be interested to hear how everyone else does it.

i fold my sase to include it in my envelope. i wouldnt spend extra money for a larger envelope when i dont need to.
