Whether I have my sewing machine in my living room or in my sewing room, I see beautiful palm trees in my yard.

Thanks for sharing the view from your window, my sewing machine faces a blank wall--only place it will fit.

One of the windows in my sewing studio overlooks my patch of Monarda (aka bee balm). The hummingbirds and bees love this area so I often see them while working. The other window overlooks the wooded area behind my house so I get to see deer, wild turkey, and the occasional, garden-robbing, pumpkin and zucchini-eating groundhog. The woods are gorgeous all year, too. I particularly like autumn when the leaves change colors.

I have a bulletin board covered with pictures that I change regularly to improve the view of the wall. Some time my children when they were little, my grandsons, or lovely scenery. My window looks out onto the yard and neighbors house through the tree tops, but my machine doesn't face that was as it is an east window.

You have a lovely view......Depending on where I set up for the day, I see my horse grazing in the pasture, dogs playing in the yard, lots of grass and trees.............sometimes I get to see deer. It's nice to see nature out the window. I would have a very difficult time living in an area where the houses were really close together or in an apartment. I've been spoiled by living in the country all my life.
