OMG - that is gorgeous. Did you use fabric paint for the turquoise? It is exquisite.

Debbie-I quilt with a domestic machine-a TL-98Q-Juki. I marked the center design and the butterflys using stencils and marked a few lines then did free motion quilting. I FMQed the centers of e feathers too. I was a little nervous doing that but it worked out well!!

The quilt measures 23 1/2" and no appliqué. :-)

Thanks for all the kind comments!! I've been doing a LOT of practicing. Diane Guadynski suggested practicing on actual quilts because you will do your best job. So that's what I do now!!

WOW! WOW! Love it, sooo beautiful. It continues to amaze me at how artistic all of you are and the talent in quilting. I don't know if I will live long enough to develop those skills!
