Default How about laptop covers..

Hi there,

My parents are teachers who teach 12 to 18 years olds. Every teacher got a laptop from school for administration. But everybody has the same. So my parents didn't knew anymore which one was my moms and which one was my dads. So the idea became to make laptop covers.

This cover I made with christmas for my dad. He loved it. My mother made one with christmas trees. Sadly I haven't any pictures of that. After christmas I played with foto transfer paper. My dad wanted a harley davidson on his cover and I made my mother a cover with random pictures of the family. Like a collage. Also no pictures. hmm need to make pictures of al my projects.

Now I am making a cover for a colleague from my dad. He asked me to make a hexagon flowergarden. Like I made in this threat http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...y-t222324.html
I will take pictures after i finished this project.

I hope I have inspired you to do other things with quilts. Thank you for your time.

Megan

What a GREAT idea! Yes, take pictures of your next projects. I bet you're going to get more requests for these!

How does it attach? Doesn't it cover the screen? Would love to see a picture of the other side.

Great idea for everyone to have an identifiable laptop cover. This is great!

That laptop could win the "best dressed" award.

I love the cover. Could you please give us a tutorial on measurements, etc for anyone else that may be interested in making it - like me. Such a clever idea.
