All those memories!!! That is one sweet quilt and now finished makes it awesome, as well. My oldest UFO blocks (35 years old, but who's counting) followed me around the USA and now two squares have turned into a tote bag and the other two are in the process of turning into pillows. LOL Glad you finished your project. Obviously your local quilt inspector gives the stamp of approval!

great quilt that holds it's own story, treasure it. I have one that I made that has it's story. My girls love to lay on it an tell which fabric went to who's blouse,skirt or dress. It is also the first scrap quilt (almost the first quilt) I made.

Love your quilt inspector who obviously gave it her stamp of approval. I think it's wonderful that you finished the quilt, and the beautiful memories.

Yes! It is fun to look back and remember!! I keep thinking about some of the old blocks I have..do wish I would get them put together!!!!
I [ATTACH=CONFIG]436042[/ATTACH]tried to up load a picture from my file and it did not go..It is a giraffe baby quilt I just sent for our 8th great grand baby ...surprise! It worked
