Default Need pattern suggestions for gray, black, navy and light blue quilt

My daughter in law wants a quilt in lt blue, navy, gray and black. I've been trying to decide on a pattern but haven't came up with anything. I like the labyrinth but not sure how I would place the colors,
Any help?.
Thanks, terry

Those colors would work in the labyrinth - you need high contrast in the frames so you'd likely need to add another light gray and maybe even white.

If she tends to lead toward the more modern quilts -you could draw out large rectangles of the colors, thin border them in black (like 1/2" finished) , turn them all directions. I've also seen one of the Turning Twenty Just Got Better that would rock those colors - http://www.friendfolks.com/store-detail.php?cat=2&ID=11

You could also do the HST's http://ricochetandaway.blogspot.com/...-tutorial.html
or a carpentar's star

ok enough from me!

Depending on the simplicity of the pattern you are looking for a rail fence comes to mind , there are many layouts for this pattern. I also like the falling charms pattern from Missouri star quilt company .

I would look at civil war repro quilts. I think some of those designs would look good in those colors.
