Default Machine embroidery thread question

Have any of you bought the Rayon 40 wt thread from ThreadArt? I am currently in the process of looking for good sources of thread and their Rayon thread is super reasonable. But I am not familiar with their products or their website, and since their adds are always popping up when I am on this site thought it wouldn't hurt to ask if anyone knows about it.

Thank you in advance for any and all information.

I did and I am not satisfied. I normally use Robinson Anton, but for the price I wanted to try it. The ThreadArt does not fill in very well, so it looks like you missed some areas. For me it is not worth the effort.

I haven't bought their embroidery thread but have used their cotton and variegated cotton. I like it and so do my machines.

Thanks for this post. I bought a Janome 350E when I bought my new Janome 6600, it was a real cost savings buying both at once. Since I have never done machine embroidery I bought their thread because of the vast amount of colors at such a good price. I don't have anything to compare it to but I'm not impressed. What I have made doesn't seem to cover very good and I was thinking it was my machine but maybe it is the thread. I guess it is a case of you get what you paid for.

I only use poly. If you use poly BFC-Creations has a 50% off sale right now. I love their thread it is really reasonable even when it is not on sale.

99% of my thread comes ThreadArt, no problems. can't afford the $6 to 10.00 per spoil thread.

I have found for inexpensive embroidery thread, look on ebay and some places have sets that are very reasonable. I have used several and though they are not name brands they work well with the exception of metalic. There you have to try different brands to see what works well with your machine.

I have read that rayon thread isn't very good. I get my machine embroidery thread from: http://www.metroemb.com/store/. I don't think that you can beat their prices and their customer service. I love their colors also.
