I went to an antique show about 3 weeks ago and there were quite a few table tops redone using rulers for a variety of styles and sizes of tables.

someone in Florida can get a REALLY old machine at a REALLY low price...

It is NOT a Singer it is an American #1 from the American Buttonhole $ Overseam Sewing Machine Company (yes, that is their name... Most likely in the 1870's maybe early 1880's
