Default Just not sure about this yellow

This yellow has not turned out at all like I had it in my mind's eye. I am thinking of replacing it all. Not sure what with though. I knew two of my yellow choices were sort if "iffy" and now I am just not happy with any of the yellows.

What do you think? Is this yellow keepable? Thanks for any opinions.

Dina

Works for me. I like how the darkest yellow echoes the darkest blue, and it has to be hard to find gradated yellows which are not fluorescent and weird. I'd say you did a good job, but then I don't know what your vision was. You're the one who has to be happy with it. If it'll bug you forever, it needs changed.

Actually it seems to almost serve as a spotlight drawing the eye to your beautiful combination of blues. Sets if off nicely, imho.

I like it! What other color did you have in mind?

I'd also keep it, I like yellow in a quilt, lights it up beautifully.

I really like your choices. I can understand your concerns because there are a few ones that I would not have chosen BUT it all depends on you. It is beautiful as is.

I think it's lovely!! IF you are going to be ripping (which I would NOT), perhaps if you just eliminate the lightest yellow. The picture on my monitor shows that lightest one as white. The next yellow below it seems to be of the same value as the lightest blue. Would that work?

Well, it is looking better to me....and it would be a lot of work to rip out ... maybe I will just let it sit there a day and look in on it to see if it grows on me.

Thanks for your input.
