    That's cool. I never heard of a Fidget Quilt, but I think it's self-explanatory. Think I know....

How wonderful! Alzheimer patients love to feel things. Helps to recall moments. My cousin made a quilt for her DMIL. They've named it Precious Moments. It was made out of material from all of her children's clothes, christening gowns and baby clothes and some of material from different wedding gowns and she recalls some at different times. There are a couple pieces of her husband's flannel shirts and she calls them by his name and would say he stinks or he smells so good and he was such a dapper looking man!

What a nice idea. I have a friend whose mother has Alzheimer's and I'll ask if she has heard of these fidget quilts.

Thank you for comment--what a great idea to use fabric she was familiar with.
