Default Good price on Accuquilt mats

At www.fabric.com they have some accuquilt mats on clearance. The 5x10" size is $4.78 and the 6x24" price is $7.98. Use discount code clear414 for another 20% off. I picked up 2 of the bigger ones...one to keep for strips and the other to cut up into smaller ones.

I went to a plastics store and had them cut me some pieces in the sizes I needed. It was really inexpensive, although I was only buying the smaller ones at the time. I think I got four for around $10. If you have a store like that around, you might take one of yours in and ask for pricing.

Thank you, thank you! Great deal on mats and I had a lot of fun with buttons!

I found the same mat material at a Machine and Die Works warehouse but it cost more per foot then the die mats sell for. Ask for gasket material and take a sample of what you want. Also the same self healing rotary mats can be bought by the piece the length you want but it was just as expensive as buying a mat and the bought mat has the measuring lines.
