love, love it which block pattern did you use looks a bit like a variation of Log cabin.

Thanks for the nice comments. Yes, I still have lots of scraps, even though I've been quilting for only 7 years. This was a project that I did when I didn't have a particular quilt that I wanted to do (or felt like doing).

It is a half log cabin block--I started with a 2 1/2 inch fabric square, then added strips to two adjoining sides of that square instead of all four sides. I trimmed the blocks to 6 1/2 inches. I got the idea for the blocks here http://eileen-themissingpiece.blogsp...s-therapy.html

It's so vibrant! I love your colors. Beautiful job! Nice placement of colors and blocks.

The various fabrics from prior projects are rather like old friends aren't they? (LOL-almost typed "fiends"-Snerk!)

What a great way to remember other quilts that you've made and inspire you in your future efforts. This scrap quilt is simply beautiful. I love each block and the way that you put the finished quilt together. Thanks for posting the pictures.
