Happiquilter

I am new to long-arm quilting, but have a Quilt Sew Clever II on the Viking Platinum 3000. I'm trying to "nest" the design Pantos/Waves. I have been able to nest the design, but the nested design stops short of the right margin. Do I need to complete the design manually? How can I save the two designs so that they can be repeated down the quilt?
